  • Plan4 was involved from the development feasibility stage through to the commencement of construction.
  • Our role involved the preparation of detailed development programmes including the integrated fit out process for the anchor tenant.
  • Following a transition from the development team to the construction team, Plan4 worked closely with the construction delivery team to prepare the agreed delivery programme prior to the commencement of construction.
