Plan4 Role

  • Pre-development planning, staging, logistics and buildability advice during a 6-month Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) period.
  • Detailed scheduling of pre-construction, design, procurement and construction activities including extensive off-site prefabrication solutions to achieve a 16 month delivery programme.
  • Initial construction monitoring during the early phase of the project assisting with the transition of programme management to the construction team.
